Bio

Patrick B. Hopen, M.D., is an Ophthalmologist who specializes in Surgical Ophthalmology. He received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2010 and completed an internship at St. Vincent Hospital. He finished his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 2014. Prior to joining our practice, he spent several years working as an Ophthalmologist in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Hopen believes that world class care starts with treating patients like family.

Dr. Hopen enjoys many activities including running, skiing, scuba diving and traveling. He loves spending time with his wife and young sons.

We are pleased to announce that Eye Surgeons of Indiana now has offices in Muncie and Kokomo effective December 30, 2023.

The Muncie office is located at 5091 West Bethel Avenue, Suite 150 – Muncie, IN 47304. Specialists at the Muncie location will include Drs. Michael Hodkin, Anthony Lombardo, Kennedy Reed, Karen Skurner, and James Stewart. Muncie Surgical Care Center is located at the same address in Suite 100 with specialists Drs. Michael Hodkin, and Anthony Lombardo.

The Kokomo office is located at 2302 South Dixon Road, Suite 100 – Kokomo, IN 46902. Specialists at the Kokomo location will include Dr. Karen Skurner.

Office hours will be Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Please call us at 317.841.2020 with any questions or concerns. We look forward to working with you in Muncie and Kokomo.
