What Is the Lifetime Assurance Plan?

The Lifetime Assurance Plan, exclusively at Eye Surgeons of Indiana, is a complimentary program for qualifying LASIK patients that provides long-term support for your vision. If your eyes require a future enhancement, this plan covers the procedure with the same advanced technology used initially, so you can continue to enjoy crisp, clear eyesight. Program eligibility and details are discussed during your LASIK consultation.

How Does the Lifetime Assurance Plan Work?

Automatic Enrollment

Patients who qualify are automatically enrolled in the Lifetime Assurance Plan at the time of their LASIK procedure. There’s no need to sign up separately.

No Additional Fees

There is no extra cost for participation in the Lifetime Assurance Plan. Eligible patients receive future enhancements at no charge, keeping their vision sharp without unexpected costs.

Annual Eye Exams

To maintain program eligibility, annual eye exams with your regular eye doctor are required. These exams are not included in your LASIK fees and are paid directly to your eye care provider. This is part of our commitment to you, to support your long-term eye health.

Enhancement Discounts for Non-Qualifying Patients

If your eyes do not qualify for the Lifetime Assurance Plan, enhancements are still available at a discounted fee. Enhancements performed within the first year after your procedure are provided at no cost.
