Ahmar Sajjad, MD

Ahmar Sajjad, M.D., is an ophthalmologist who specializes in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and an internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He returned to Baylor for residency training, where he pursued research, worked on several publications, and served as the chief resident during his final year. He completed his cornea fellowship training at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is a member of the prestigious medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Sajjad’s clinical interests include cataract surgery, refractive surgery, corneal transplants, dry eye management, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. He is dedicated to providing patients with quality care and learning about the latest technologies and techniques to achieve the best outcomes.
