Kennedy Reed, OD, FAAO

Bio

Dr. Reed is originally from Avon, Indiana. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with concentration in Human Health and Disease at Indiana University Bloomington in 2017. From there, she went on to complete her doctorate degree at the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2022. 

Shortly thereafter, Dr. Reed completed a year-long residency in anterior and posterior segment ocular disease at the Specialty Eye Institute in Toledo, Ohio. During residency, she trained alongside glaucoma, retina, dry eye, and oculoplastic specialists.

In 2023, Dr. Reed was awarded Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry. Obtaining fellowship represents a commitment to lifelong learning and personal advancement in the field of optometry.

Locations

We are pleased to announce that Eye Surgeons of Indiana now has offices in Muncie and Kokomo effective December 30, 2023.

The Muncie office is located at 5091 West Bethel Avenue, Suite 150 – Muncie, IN 47304. Specialists at the Muncie location will include Drs. Michael Hodkin, Anthony Lombardo, Kennedy Reed, Karen Skurner, James Stewart, and Shaun Swindler. Muncie Surgical Care Center is located at the same address in Suite 100 with specialists Drs. Michael Hodkin, Anthony Lombardo, and Shaun Swindler.

The Kokomo office is located at 2302 South Dixon Road, Suite 100 – Kokomo, IN 46902. Specialists at the Kokomo location will include Dr. Karen Skurner.

Office hours will be Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Please call us at 317.841.2020 with any questions or concerns. We look forward to working with you in Muncie and Kokomo.
