Most patients begin using prescribed eye drops before surgery. These drops help prepare the eye, lessen the possibility of infection, and ensure a smooth procedure. You will also receive a detailed checklist, including when to stop eating and drinking before arrival at our ambulatory surgery center.

What to Expect on the Day of Surgery

When you arrive at your nearest state-of-the-art Eye Surgeons of Indiana center, you will be greeted by our surgical care team, who will review your information, answer any last-minute questions, and help you settle in. Using make-up, soap, or other skincare products around the eye
