As CEO, Tina oversees all aspects of the practice, including strategic planning, clinical operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, provider recruitment, technology integration, and ambulatory surgery center operations. She has led the organization through two clinic and ambulatory surgery center acquisitions and has established additional clinic locations, expanding access for patients across Indiana.

Recognized Leadership Shaping the Future of Ophthalmology

Under her leadership, Eye Surgeons of Indiana has been named a Central Indiana Top Workplace each year since 2020 and recognized as a Women-Led Healthcare Top Workplace since 2021. Tina also serves as President of the National Board for the Certification of Ophthalmic Executives (NBCOE), shaping leadership standards for ophthalmology nationwide.

Her expertise in healthcare leadership, technology adoption, and patient experience has been featured in Administrative Eyecare magazine (“Investing in Technology”) and Ophthalmic Professional magazine (“Elevating the Patient Experience”). Outside of work, Tina enjoys traveling, wake surfing, running, and spending time with her husband, three sons, and two grandchildren.
