Here, you’ll take advantage of door-to-door transportation on the day of your surgery, in addition to the convenience of being insurance friendly (less out-of-pocket costs than hospitals). You can rest easy, knowing that all our staff specialize in eye surgery, and you’ll be comfortable in our surgical suites and recovery rooms designed with your needs in mind.

Tina Allen, CEO/Executive Leader
Tina Allen serves as Chief Executive Officer of Eye Surgeons of Indiana. A forward-thinking, results-driven executive with more than 27 years of ophthalmic experience, Tina leads with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and organizational growth.
She began her career in San Diego before joining Eye Surgeons of Indiana in 2001. She holds the Certified Ophthalmic Executive (COE) credential and is a trusted leader in ophthalmic practice management.
In her role as CEO and member of the governing board, Tina oversees the full spectrum of organizational operations, including strategic leadership, provider recruitment, financial management, and regulatory compliance. She leads initiatives to enhance clinical performance, optimize operational efficiency, and integrate advanced technology with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting positive patient outcomes and data security. Tina is also dedicated to fostering provider engagement and cultivating a positive, high-performing team culture. Under her leadership, Eye Surgeons of Indiana has been recognized as one of Indiana’s Top Workplaces for six consecutive years. During this period, the practice successfully completed multiple ambulatory surgery center (ASC) acquisitions (2021, 2024), expanded service lines, and opened new clinical locations, consistently prioritizing patient-centered care and an outstanding patient experience.
Tina currently serves as Vice President of the National Board for the Certification of Ophthalmic Executives (NBCOE) for the 2024–2025 term. She is passionate about advancing standards in executive leadership across ophthalmology and actively contributes to professional development in the field. She also volunteers with the Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation, supporting initiatives that expand access and opportunities for visually impaired youth.
She resides in Geist with her husband and enjoys spending time with their three sons and two grandchildren. Outside of work, Tina loves traveling, wake surfing, running, and dog sitting Cooper, her son’s Welsh Corgi.
