| A: | ESI is Indiana's leader in cataract surgery. Our surgeons utilize the latest intraocular lens (IOL) technology, including lenses for astigmatism and multifocal correction. In addition, ESI provides comprehensive refractive surgery services for those interested in becoming less dependent on glasses and contact lenses. ESI's retina specialist performs laser and surgical treatments for disorders such as age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. A cornea specialist is available for treatment of challenging cases and corneal transplant procedures, including DSEK. Other common procedures performed include laser treatment for glaucoma, cosmetic eyelid surgery, and BOTOX.
